Preparation:

Ingredients:

  • 150 grams dried rice noodles
  • 150 grams mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, or crab), peeled and cleaned
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 shallot, thinly sliced
  • 1 large red chili, diagonally sliced
  • 1 red bird’s eye chili, finely chopped (adjust the spiciness according to your preference)
  • 1 stalk of spring onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Palma Ground Pepper
  • Sufficient cooking oil for stir-frying

Cooking Steps:

Cooking Spicy Seafood Rice Noodle:

  1. Boil the dried rice noodles in boiling water for 3-4 minutes or until they become soft. Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking. Set aside.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a wok over medium heat. Sauté the garlic, shallot, red chili, and bird’s eye chili until fragrant and wilted.
  3. Add the mixed seafood to the wok and stir-fry until they change color and are cooked through. Mix well with the stir-fry seasonings..
  4. Add the chili sauce, oyster sauce, and sweet soy sauce to the wok. Stir well until the seasonings are evenly mixed with the seafood.
  5. Add salt and ground pepper. Stir again to distribute the flavors evenly.
  6. Add the rice noodles to the wok and toss them with the seasonings and seafood. Ensure that the noodles are well coated with the sauce.
  7. Finally, add the sliced spring onion to the wok. Stir briefly until the spring onion wilts.
  8. Remove the spicy seafood rice noodles from the wok and serve on a serving plate.
